Installation...How to connect:


Follow the colour coded plugs and ports e.g The red plug fits in the red port
Plug the recharge box into the wall socket to keep fully charged while
you
are near a plug.
Installation Continued:

Connect the phone to the CDR remote unit
Connect the CDR master unit to the CDR remote unit (the remote outlet
on the Master unit connects to the master outlet on the Remote unit.)
Plug the CDR master screen into line1 or line2 of the linksys
Two-way cable between Remote unit and telephone.
Four-way 10m cable between Master and Remote unit.
Two-way cable from Master unit to incoming line of linksys
Switch the recharge box on and wait for a 10 seconds for the linksys lights
to shine above the phone inlet on the recharge box
Load credit into CDR Master, confirm by pressing the green button with a tick,
lock in credited amount with purple button
Caller then dials
Operator uses Master unit (with buttons) to control calls and to collect correct
payment
Caller sits next to Remote unit to view minutes spoken or credit remaining

How to Make a call in Pre-paid mode...


Once the caller has paid, the Callshop operator uses the denomination keys to
load the CDR monitor with credit
Denomination keys come in R5, R1, 50c & 10c
Display screen shows amount of credit given to caller
Once credit is loaded by operator, accept transaction by pressing the green
button
Press the purple button to lock amount loaded and prevent the caller from
continuing to speak once credit has finished
Credit decreases as caller speaks
Press the purple button a second time to clear or delete the transaction
How to Make a call in Post-paid mode...


Caller first makes a call and is then billed afterwards
Operator presses the green button and caller starts to call
The display shows recorded minutes and the CDR monitor automatically
calculates amount to be charged
Operator presses the purple button once the caller has finished
The display screen locks the amount to be paid by the caller
Once paid, press the purple button a 2nd to clear for the next call.
How to manage power supply...

Keep recharge box plugged in socket to ensure that it is fully charged and
ready to go mobile
Ensure that there are data bundles on the 3G broadband
Ensure that there is airtime loaded in voip account (see slides)
Mobile callshop manager can manage his mobile accounts normally from his
computer
Open the Recharge Box to Load Data

Place box flat on a smooth surface with screws on the top.
Use a screw driver to press down gently into the screws and turn the screws
outwards, out of their slots.
Lift the metal lid off the recharge box.
You will see a linksys box with with a red vodafone card slid into it
Remove the black antenna from the red card
Gently slide the red card out of the linksys box
How to Load Data

Remove the vodacom sim card from the red vodafone card
Place sim card into a cellphone
Load vodacom airtime onto the vodacom sim card
Dial *111# to convert the airtime loaded into bundles and follow prompts:
A service reply will display a series of options on your screen
Reply or answer with No.2 (Bundle purchases) and send
Reply or answer with No.2 again (Data bundle) and send
Another series of options will be displayed:
R88 for 75 MB
R119 for 150MB
R160 for 250MB
R189 for 500MB
R289 for 1GB
R389 for 2 GB, and so the list continues.
Reply or answer with the amount of your choice and send
Answer or reply 1 to proceed or with 2 to go back, the appropriate amount
will automatically
be deducted from your loaded airtime
Answer again with 1 to confirm or 2 to withdrawal transaction.
How to replace sim card

Remove the vodacom sim card from cellphone
Replace it back into the red Vodafone card
Slid the red Vodafone card back into the linksys box
IMPORTANT: the serial number on the red card must face upwards
Reconnect the black antenna to the red card.
Replace the metal lid.
Insert screw driver into the screw slots, press down and turn inwards.

How to buy more airtime to recharge your account...

If the operator wants to buy more airtime, or any equipment, they can do so
by depositing money into the following ABSA bank account:
ACCOUNT NAME: Accessglobal Communication Pty Ltd
ACCOUNT NO: 4063802865
BRANCH CODE: 632005
IMPORTANT: Write your username on the bank deposit slip (example Joe3)
as a reference, so we know who you are.
Within 2 hours the operator will receive pin/s either by e-mail or by SMS.
Operator inserts the pins into the block under recharge account.
